Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for event cancellations and refunds for NGTicket, operated by NGTECH LTD in Uganda. We strive to ensure transparency for all users attending events across the country.

1. Event Cancellation by Organizers

If an event is canceled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of your ticket price. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method.

2. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.

3. User-Initiated Cancellations

NGTicket does not offer refunds for cancellations initiated by users unless specified by the event organizer. Contact support@NGTicket.com for assistance.
