Welcome to NGTicket, operated by NGTECH LTD in Uganda. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using NGTicket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are available only if an event is canceled or rescheduled, subject to our refund policy.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use NGTicket for unlawful purposes or to infringe on others’ rights. Unauthorized ticket reselling is prohibited.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality. Notify us at support@NGTicket.com of any unauthorized use.
